The Home Care Aide Council recognizes the importance of providing its agency members with relevant and ongoing career training that helps home health workers stay in compliance with state and federal training requirements, while ensuring that they are equipped to provide the best care possible.

Historically, training has been paid for with state and federal grants, although training curriculum and courses have been provided directly by HCAC.
